• Larry Beam, PE
  President
  Larry has more than 28 years of engineering experience in the Washington DC area‚ including 23 years with Girard Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.

• Dan Dent, PE
  Chief Mechanical Engineer
  Dan is well respected in the Washington construction community‚ with more than 40 years of experience‚ 22 of them at Girard Engineering. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Catholic University.

• Dave Ullmann, PE
  Chief Electrical Engineer
  A Duke University graduate in Electrical Engineering, Dave also has earned an MBA from George Washington University. Dave has been at Girard Engineering for the past 26 years‚ and has a total of 31 years experience in electrical engineering design.

• Doug Menchhofer, PE
  Mechanical Department Head
  Doug joined Girard Engineering in 1983‚ and has nearly 28 years of mechanical engineering experience. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.

• Andrew Marusich, PE
  Electrical Department Head
  Andrew received his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University. He has a total of 19 years experience in electrical engineering design‚ the last 17 at Girard Engineering

• Richard Girard, PE
  Chairman
  Mr. Girard founded the firm in 1978. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech in Mechanical Engineering‚ and has used his total of 45 years experience to grow Girard Engineering into the well respected firm it is today.
